N6 Rebuild to Begin Soon Work to be done in two stages

Work on rebuilding the section of the N6 between Reddersburg and Smithfield is expected to begin within the next two to three months. The first part of the road to be tackled is between Reddersburg and
Paryshoogte. Smiffie has been informed that contractors are expected on site soon.

Stock thefts in the Smithfield area appear to have got out of hand, with 69 sheep and 8 cattle having been stolen in February/March.
